We are a husband and wife team who put our heart and soul into our properties. These homes are our livelihood and we couldn't be happier sharing them with you. We hope you love staying at them!

Do you have any minimum requirements to book a stay?
Yes, we require the person booking to be minimum 25 years old. The person booking the stay must be present throughout from check-in to check-out.
Do you host prom or high school graduation parties?
We do not host prom or graduation parties.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your stay. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival.
How do you process payments?
We use Stripe, a well known and trusted payment processor. We never take posession of your credit card information and all payments are 100% secure.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. Unfortunately, every now and then we get some bad actors who can cause significant damage to our property. We implement a $3,000 deposit, which is a hold, not a charge. This is applied 2 days before your arrival and released after a minimum of 5 days.
What information do I need to provide?
Our booking process will collect your name, phone number, email address, and credit card information. After booking is complete, some of our properties require your address and a list of your vehicle license plates (with state). This is required by the home's community management so they can prevent unauthorized people from using community amenities. You will be prompted to provide this in our welcome message and it is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
What information will I receive once I book a stay?
You will immediately receive a welcome message that includes the supplies/consumables we provide. At 9am the day before arrival you will receive your check-in instructions with the property address, entry code, contact details, and several important and helpful tips. At 12 noon the day before departure you'll receive check-out instructions. All messages go to the email address you provided when booking.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Assuming we don't have another guest departing on your check-in day or arriving on your check-out day, we can usually arrange for a "half day stay" which would allow you arrive early/leave later. Please ask us for more details prior to booking.
How do I access the property?
None of our properties are in gated neighborhoods. All of our homes use keypad entry and there is a backup physical key in the lockbox.
What if I need to contact you during our stay?
You will be provided with our phone number in the check-in message. Please feel free to text or call. We pride ourselves on being responsive. We are available to help make your stay as wonderful as possible!
What if I damage something during my stay?
Take deep breath, it's going to be ok! It's important you let us know ASAP if there is any damage, no matter how small. Why? This allows us to pre-arrange repairs to be done immediately after check-out instead of discovering them last minute. Especially if we have a same day turnover, it's simply not fair for our next guest to potentially miss out on the full Bliss Experience.
What do I do once I am ready to leave?
Please review your check-out instruction one final time, take out your trash, lock the windows and doors, ensure the hot tub cover is strapped down (it gets windy!) and have a safe trip home! Thank you for staying with us!
